Eureka! specializes in American classics with a modern twist with its diverse selection of appetizers, all natural, Angus chuck burgers, signature plates, innovative salads, and delectable desserts. Menu highlights include the Mac N’ Cheese Balls made with a scratch made beer cheese sauce and Fresno chiles; 28 Day Dry-Aged Burger featuring carrot-fed Angus, aioli, arugula, tomatoes and finished with balsamic glaze; Fresno Fig Burger topped with fig marmalade, melted goat cheese, bacon, tomato, red onion, arugula, and spicy porter mustard; and Bourbon Barrel Cake finished with pecans, caramel, and paired with Afters Ice Cream’s Madagascar Vanilla ice cream. Eureka! will also feature a rotating unique Afters Ice Cream seasonal flavor on the menu.

The all-American restaurant provides the perfect weekend brunch spot on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Enjoy indulgent breakfast items while sipping on Mimosas and Bloody Marys for $5.
